The International Science and Expertise Heart (ISTC) is an intergovernmental group connecting scientists from Kazakhstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia with their peers and research organizations in the EU, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway and the United States. Research of technology and science supplies college students with insight into how totally different processes of data are initiated and progressed, and the way revolutionary technological processes are developed, employed and increase in significance.
