It appears that evidently the advances in science and expertise have made life straightforward for individuals: transportation that takes us wherever we need to go, machines, appliances, and gadgets that make work straightforward. In response to the challenge of accelerating the region’s scientific and technological capacities, the Organization, by the Inter-American Committee on Science and Expertise (COMCYT), contributes to the formulation and implementation of policies and initiatives to promote science, know-how and innovation inside the framework of the partnership for growth.
